About The Position

A New Hope LLC is currently hiring thoughtful, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Pocatello, Idaho. As a DSP, you will support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities while helping them build independence, confidence, daily living skills, and meaningful community involvement. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable and dependable attendance

Nice To Haves

• Weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily routines and activities
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and household tasks
• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Encourage independence and personal growth
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and positive support
• Complete simple documentation regarding services provided
