About The Position

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for its Adult Day - TBI department in Mt. Laurel. The role involves providing quality care to children and adults with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or neurological rehabilitation needs. Team members support people in a positive and empathetic manner and help them build daily living skills, independence, and community connections. The position is described as flex, with a minimum of 40 working hours per month, including two weekend shifts. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.
• Have a strong desire to work with autistic individuals and/or people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
