About The Position

Bancroft is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional for its Adult Brain Injury – Residential department in Cranbury, New Jersey. The role supports adults with brain injuries and people with autism or intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them build daily living skills and independence through personalized care. The position pays $19.06–$19.44 per hour and follows a schedule of Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Weekend availability is required. The work can be physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging, and each hour may bring different needs and activities.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.
• Have a strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
