Direct Support Professional - Day Services - Seneca Falls
About The Position
Mozaic is hiring a Direct Support Professional for its Day Services program in Seneca Falls, New York. The role supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they pursue fulfilling, independent lives. The DSP provides encouragement and opportunities for people to explore interests, build skills, and work toward personal goals. The position helps create a safe, positive, and empowering environment while supporting daily activities, community involvement, and personal growth. The schedule is relief (per diem), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $17.92–$18.67 per hour, based on experience. Mozaic is a not-for-profit organization based in the Finger Lakes Region that provides services and residential facilities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and advocates for more than 2,000 people with disabilities in the area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Dependable, caring, and passionate about helping others succeed.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, or an associate degree in human services or a related field; this qualification is preferred.
