About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centered support to help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive in their communities. Support includes daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development.

The role focuses on helping individuals build independence and involves working as part of a team committed to providing consistent, encouraging support. The position is at Neo Birdsong in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on the third shift for 24 hours.

Requirements

• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting.
