About The Position

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Part-time Weekends. At Ability Matters, we support individuals with autism and other neurological disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful lives in their communities. We are not a home health agency. We are a community inclusion organization. That means we are in the community — gyms, libraries, volunteering, restaurants, events, and real-world experiences. We're looking for passionate, community-minded leaders to join our team.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Team players who take initiative and have a passion for inclusion
• Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving

Nice To Haves

• 2-year degree preferred, not required
• Experience is helpful but not required. Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
