About The Position

Success Rehabilitation is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to support adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. The role helps individuals live more independently and participate in their communities. No DSP certification is required; the employer provides three weeks of paid training and ongoing support. Full-time and part-time positions are available in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, with multiple shifts and immediate openings. Success Rehabilitation has supported adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions for more than 30 years. Requirements

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable and professional work ethic.
Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a DSP, Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, Residential Aide, Behavioral Health Technician, or in a similar role.
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Administer medications after training.
Transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
Document daily progress and activities.
Encourage independence and personal growth.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
