Requirements
- Experience as a Caregiver or DSP.
- Flexibility for both AM and PM shifts.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
- Willingness to work across different CSL programs.
Responsibilities
- Work across different CSL programs as a Floating Direct Support Professional (Float DSP).
- Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Adapt to a variety of settings and client needs due to the floating nature of the role.
- Work a mix of day and evening shifts.
