About The Position

This is an entry-level hourly role where you will work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to assist them in realizing their full potential. You will help people become integrated and engaged in their community by assisting with everyday activities and supporting them in improving their health, safety, and wellbeing. This role requires driving, therefore a clean driving record is critical.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to pass paid training in CPR, First Aid and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
• Compassionate and caring.
• Clean driving record (no specific violations within the last 5 or 3 years as detailed in the job description).
• FT Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3PM-11PM.
• PT Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 9AM-11PM.
