About The Position

Chimes is hiring a mission-driven Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges in living with dignity, independence, and confidence. The role provides hands-on assistance with personal care and daily living skills, follows individualized care plans, documents progress, administers medications according to policy, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment. DSPs use approved behavior support techniques and encourage community engagement and participation. Some roles require travel and providing support between Residential and Day programs. The position pays $20.25 per hour and includes a schedule of Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Meet one of the following driving record requirements: at least three years of unsuspended driving history with no more than three points, or at least two years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record.

• Experience in disability services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
