About The Position
Claratel Behavioral Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for its Developmental Disabilities Program. DSPs support individuals with daily living skills, community involvement, and personal growth. RBTs work directly with individuals using behavior support plans to foster skill development and independence. Candidates are invited to meet the team at the career fair on November 11, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Bohan Auditorium, second floor, 445 Winn Way, Decatur, Georgia 30030. Pre-employment drug screening and successful completion of a criminal history background check are required.
