About The Position
Champaign Residential Services (CRSI) is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Miami County, Ohio. CRSI has been providing services for 50 years and is looking for individuals to work in a comfortable home setting, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves helping individuals participate in community activities such as shopping, bowling, fishing, going to the movies, and even vacations. DSPs also help individuals celebrate special events like holidays and birthdays. The position offers opportunities to use mentoring and coaching skills to teach self-reliance and make a daily difference in the lives of others.
Requirements
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours, primarily 2nd and 3rd shift awake time.
- Must be able to work part-time positions.
