About The Position
Champaign Residential Services (CRSI) is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Darke County. DSPs work in comfortable home settings, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in living their best lives. This role involves engaging in various activities such as shopping, bowling, fishing, going to the movies, and even vacations. DSPs also help individuals celebrate special events like holidays and birthdays. The position offers opportunities to utilize mentoring and coaching skills to teach self-reliance and make a daily difference in the lives of others. Requirements
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours, primarily 2nd and 3rd shift with sleep time.
