CRSI is now hiring Direct Support Professionals in Champaign County! This role involves working in a comfortable home setting and assisting individuals with various activities such as shopping, bowling, fishing, going to the movies, and even vacations. You will get paid to help others celebrate holidays, birthdays, and other special events. This position offers the opportunity to use your mentoring and coaching skills to teach self-reliance and make a difference every day by helping others live their best lives.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a direct support role.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
