About The Position

Champaign Residential Services (CRSI) is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Lucas County, Ohio. As a DSP, you will work in a comfortable home setting, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. This includes helping them participate in activities like shopping, bowling, fishing, going to the movies, and even vacations. You will also get paid to help celebrate holidays, birthdays, and other special events. DSPs use their mentoring and coaching skills to teach self-reliance and make a difference every day by helping others live their best lives. CRSI has been a stable and reliable leader in providing services to persons with developmental disabilities since 1976 and is celebrating 50 years of service in 2026.
