About The Position
A Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Champaign Residential Services (CRSI) works in a comfortable home setting, making a difference every day by helping individuals with developmental disabilities live their best lives. This role involves engaging in various activities with the individuals, such as shopping, bowling, fishing, going to the movies, and even vacations. DSPs also get paid to help others celebrate holidays, birthdays, and other special events, utilizing their mentoring and coaching skills to teach self-reliance.
