Direct Support Professional/Caregiver - Defiance County (Defiance, OH) - Second & Third Shifts Needed
About The Position
Champaign Residential Services (CRSI) is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Defiance County. This role involves working in a comfortable home setting and assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in living their best lives. Responsibilities include accompanying individuals on outings such as shopping, bowling, fishing, and movies, as well as assisting with holiday and birthday celebrations. The position offers opportunities to utilize mentoring and coaching skills to teach self-reliance and make a daily difference in the lives of others. Requirements
- Must be able to work second and third shifts.
- Must be available for non-traditional hours.
- Must be able to work part-time positions.
- Must be able to travel for outings and potentially vacations.
- Must be able to mentor and coach individuals.
- Must be able to make a difference every day.
- Must enjoy helping others.
