About The Position

AriZona Beverages – makers of the number one ready-to-drink Iced Tea in America – holds a unique position in the global beverage industry with its iconic $0.99 big can and “keeping it real” no frills approach to the consumer market. The ideal candidate would live in Indiana. This role is responsible for managing multiple distributors in the territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors to increase sales and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a manager in the beverage industry.
  • 7+ years of solid experience in sales, alcohol sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills(Exceland PowerPointrequired)
  • Strong communicationskills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams at the distributor
  • Availability to travel, as needed with overnight stays
  • Must havecleandriverslicense.

  • BS Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Distributors Brand Managers / Senior Managers / Ownership
  • Work directly with Wholesale Brand Managers / Senior Managers
  • Work directly with Retail Buyers / Category Managers / Ownership
  • Build Revenue / Volume / KPI’s Plans
  • Ability to present out in front of sales teams
  • Ability to manage a Field Sales Team
