About The Position
Commercial Logistics Inc. is hiring a Swamper (Driver Helper) to support our delivery drivers on local routes based out of Richmond, BC. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work, being part of a team, and staying active throughout the day. You will work alongside a delivery driver to unload beverage products and deliver them to customers across Vancouver Island. If you are dependable, physically capable, and enjoy working as part of a delivery team, this role offers stable weekday work with consistent routes and strong benefits.
Requirements
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Physically capable of regular lifting and moving heavy product
- Good communication skills and English fluency
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Must be bondable (criminal record check required)

Responsibilities
- Assisting with local product deliveries
- Loading and unloading kegs and beverage cases
- Moving product using hand dollies and power equipment
- Delivering product into customer locations
- Assisting the driver with route deliveries and customer interactions
- Ensuring product is handled safely and accurately
