About The Position

Commercial Logistic Inc. is BC’s premier beverage alcohol distributor, offering both less-than-truckload (LTL) and truckload (FTL) service to all points in the Province of BC. We are a division of ContainerWorld Forwarding Service Inc. under the Mullen Group. The Mullen Group is a publicly trading company on the TSX. Commercial Logistics Inc. is hiring a Swamper (Driver Helper) to support our delivery drivers on local routes based out of Langford, BC. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work, being part of a team, and staying active throughout the day. You will work alongside a delivery driver to unload beverage products and deliver them to customers across Vancouver Island. If you are dependable, physically capable, and enjoy working as part of a delivery team, this role offers stable weekday work with consistent routes and strong benefits.

Requirements

• Clean driver’s abstract
• Physically capable of regular lifting and moving heavy product
• Good communication skills and English fluency
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Must be bondable (criminal record check required)

Responsibilities

• Assisting with local product deliveries
• Loading and unloading kegs and beverage cases
• Moving product using hand dollies and power equipment
• Delivering product into customer locations
• Assisting the driver with route deliveries and customer interactions
• Ensuring product is handled safely and accurately
