About The Position

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). In this role, you will provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence, participate in their communities, and achieve their personal goals. Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, reliability, and compassion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Moderate computer skills
• 21+ with 3 years driving experience (if driving is required)
• Valid driver’s license (if driving is required)
• Current DMV report and auto insurance (if driving is required)
• Must pass and maintain a background check
• CPR & First Aid certification and TB clearance required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills
• Promote independence and community involvement
• Assist with appointments, work, and recreational activities
• Build respectful relationships
• Follow each person’s Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• Complete basic documentation
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment
