About The Position

The Direct Sales Representative is an outside sales role responsible for working independently in an assigned territory and selling supplemental insurance products and services to small and medium-sized businesses. The representative meets face-to-face with business owners, managers, benefits managers, decision-makers, and employees, providing individual consultations and group presentations that may include 50–100 or more employees. The role offers schedule-setting autonomy, with work hours submitted weekly to the sales manager, and increased flexibility after establishing a book of business.
