Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary students encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Interest in telecommunications and customer service.
• Availability for full-time or part-time work (minimum of 4 consecutive weekdays).

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience is an asset but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce and promote telecommunications products and services to prospective customers.
• Develop a strong understanding of TELUS offerings to confidently address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Guide customers from initial interaction through to successful conversion.
• Establish trust with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions.
