Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through military service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially within sales and marketing.
  • A desire to continuously learn and improve, both personally and professionally.
  • A natural drive to ask questions, explore new ideas, seek out innovative solutions, and continuously learn.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound (warm) leads: Evaluate customer interest generated through a variety of channels.
  • Follow-up within required timeframes, ensuring a prompt and effective qualification process.
  • Move prospective customers through the sales funnel.
  • Prospect & identify opportunities: Learn and apply strategic techniques to identify potential customers and uncover key contacts within target accounts.
  • Nurture relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of our solutions.
  • Conduct high-level product demonstrations: showcase Genesys products and capabilities.
  • Achieve targets: Meet quarterly goals by transforming leads into opportunities, tracking key performance indicators, and maintaining strong follow-up practices.
