This role is responsible for the profitable growth and development of Finance & Insurance Sales Professionals within the LA Region. The Regional Leader implements strategic and tactical objectives aligned with Zurich's overall sales strategy to achieve and sustain profitable F&I growth. This position involves analyzing and providing strategic direction to a team of Sales Professionals to advance Zurich's market position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and the ability to secure new mid to large-sized accounts. Sales activities include new business acquisition, client retention, service delivery, market share expansion, and product mix optimization, all while adhering to business guidelines. The role also involves representing the Zurich Team in leadership and association meetings, overseeing cross-team sales initiatives, and managing customer issues within the region. Leadership responsibilities include planning, budgeting, coaching, interviewing, selection, and performance management.
