Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years in social services, youth work, or residential programs.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.

  • Lead Program Operations — Keep your service area running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Support Data & Reporting — Assist with stats, deliverables, and compliance reporting.
  • Manage Incidents — Review reports and guide staff on documentation.
  • Build Community Relationships — Connect with courts, re-entry programs, advocacy groups, and more.
  • Develop New Services — Help expand offerings and meet grant/contract expectations.
  • Ensure Effective Treatment — Train staff and ensure treatment plans are followed.
  • Support Aftercare — Lead the creation of plans that support clients beyond services.
  • Keep Learning — Complete ongoing training to stay sharp and effective.
