As our Service Area Supervisor, you’ll be the captain of your program’s ship, steering operations, supporting staff, and making sure services shine for the community. You’ll lead with heart, manage with confidence, and help shape a culture where employees feel supported and clients feel empowered.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in social services, youth work, or residential programs.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (we promise it’s not often).
