About The Position

Sevita is hiring Direct Care Professionals to help people grow, learn, and live well. The role involves building meaningful relationships with the individuals served, supporting their participation in the community and favorite activities, and helping them work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Caregivers also assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The position offers full-time and part-time openings and pays $17.46 per hour.

Requirements

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
