About The Position
Sevita is hiring a full-time, onsite Direct Care Professional for an overnight role. The position supports individuals in working toward personal and developmental goals and helps them participate in daily life and their communities. Sevita provides paid training; no prior experience is required. The starting pay is $15.25 per hour.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license held for at least one full year without restrictions.
- Personal vehicle for on-the-job use, with valid insurance and proof of insurance.
- Clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years old.
- Successful clearance of background checks.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals, including budgeting and nutrition.
- Build trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
- Take initiative and contribute ideas and dedication to the role.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
- Help individuals engage with their communities and participate in activities and events they enjoy.
