About The Position

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach. Positions include full-time, part-time, and on-call/PRN, with a focus on overnight shifts from 10 pm through 9 am.

Requirements

• Computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate, record, and overall basic computer skills needed for performance-based software as well as an electronic medical records system.
• Interpersonal oral and written communications skills to work as a team member, to make observations and to report them accurately, to learn resident care methods, and to follow oral and written instructions.
• High School Diploma or HSE is required.
• Past employment experience.
• A valid Montana Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one.
• An acceptable driving record.
• An acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
