About The Position

We are looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach. Positions are available for full-time, part-time, and on-call/PRN, with a focus on overnight shifts from 10 pm to 9 am.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or HSE.
  • Past employment experience.
  • Ability to obtain a valid Montana Driver's License.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
  • Computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate, record, and perform basic computer tasks for performance-based software and electronic medical records systems.
  • Interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Ability to make observations and report them accurately.
  • Ability to learn resident care methods.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Knowledge of behavioral techniques, interventions, skill building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individual support plans using knowledge of behavioral techniques, interventions, and skill-building techniques.
  • Understand and address the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability.
  • Utilize computer literacy skills for performance-based software and electronic medical records systems.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, as part of a team.
  • Make accurate observations and report them.
  • Learn resident care methods.
  • Follow oral and written instructions.
