About The Position

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or HSE
• Past employment experience
• Computer literacy skills
• Interpersonal oral and written communications skills
• A valid Montana Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one
• An acceptable driving record
• An acceptable criminal and protective services background check

Responsibilities

• Support children and adults with behavioral health needs
• Support children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Provide services using a trauma-informed care approach
• Navigate, record, and perform basic computer skills for performance-based software and electronic medical records system
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing to work as a team member
• Make observations and report them accurately
• Learn resident care methods
• Follow oral and written instructions
