About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach.

Requirements

Patient, kind, and dependable.
Interest in helping others build skills and independence.
Ability to work as part of a supportive, professional team.
Interest in behavioral health, DD services, or ABA.
Computer literacy skills.
Interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
High School Diploma or HSE.
Past employment experience.
Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid Montana Driver’s License.
Must have an acceptable driving record.
Must have an acceptable criminal and protective services background check.

Responsibilities

Implement individual support plans with knowledge of behavioral techniques, interventions, skill building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability.
Navigate, record, and perform basic computer skills for performance-based software and electronic medical records.
Utilize interpersonal oral and written communication skills to work as a team member, make observations, and report them accurately.
Learn resident care methods and follow oral and written instructions.
