About The Position

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Blow Fill Operator to operate the equipment and machinery needed to produce self-manufactured bottled water and still beverages. The role involves setting up production lines, changing flavors, operating blow-molding, filling, labeling, and shrink-film packaging equipment, and performing light maintenance and sanitation. Other duties may be assigned.

Pepsi Bottling Ventures makes, sells, and distributes PepsiCo and other beverages. It is jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo and operates in five states.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of manufacturing production-line experience.
• At least two years of experience with light and preventive maintenance, machine changeovers, production-line operation, quality control, and flavor changeovers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions.
• Detail-oriented.
• Enjoy working in a manufacturing production-line environment.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with numbers and tracking performance results.

• Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Set up production lines and change flavors when necessary.
• Conduct light general and preventive maintenance to help ensure equipment operates properly.
• Operate the BlowMold filler, bottle labeler, and shrink-film packager.
• Perform internal and external sanitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
