Direct Blow Fill Operator

About The Position

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Blow Fill Operator to operate equipment and machinery used to manufacture bottled water and still beverages. The operator sets up production lines, changes flavors when needed, performs light general and preventive maintenance, and helps ensure the machinery operates properly. The role also includes operating the BlowMold filler, bottle labeler, and shrink film packager, along with internal and external sanitation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of two years of manufacturing production line experience.
Two years of experience performing light or preventive maintenance, machine changeovers, production line operation, quality controls, and flavor changeovers.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions.
Detail-oriented.
Enjoy working in a manufacturing production line environment.
Self-motivated and comfortable working with numbers and tracking performance results.
