About The Position

Goodstart is seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator for its Warrnambool centre on the south-west Victorian coast. The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, and pays $39.91 per hour plus superannuation and benefits. The Educator works alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to create and enhance learning programs for children, while supporting a safe, inclusive environment in which every child can thrive and feel valued.

Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
A current Working with Children Check; candidates must have or obtain a valid check.
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via the Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

Work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children.
Support children’s safety and inclusion so each child can thrive and feel valued in their learning experiences.
Help ensure children are safeguarded from abuse, neglect and harm.
