About The Position

Allegro Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Full-Time Dining Services Assistant to join their busy, high-energy Dining Services team. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or assisted living setting
Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Must have an awareness of safety practices
Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening

Nice To Haves

Minimum of six (6) months food service (or related field) preferred

Responsibilities

Set tables
Bus tables
Wash dishes
Assist the Cook as needed
Complete cleaning duties
Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils
Properly maintain all dishwashing equipment
Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen
Help contribute to high quality Dining Services operations by paying attention to food presentation and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal service
