About The Position

Frederick Living Servers help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and their guests. Team members support meal service, maintain dining room standards, and help ensure a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment. The role is part-time, scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. Pay starts at $13.75 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour on weekends. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Nice To Haves

High school education or equivalent preferred.
No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
Follow established style, sequence, and order of service in dining rooms and at special events.
Complete assigned pre-service and post-service side work.
Follow safety and sanitation rules and procedures.
Maintain strong communication and rapport with residents and coworkers.
Follow instructions and collaborate with the dining team.
Report issues or concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
Adhere to appearance, uniform, and work performance standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and neat work environment.
Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures and assist with evacuations in emergencies as needed.
Protect the confidentiality of resident information.
Cooperate with other departments to support overall operations.
Abide by the organization’s code of conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.
