About The Position

Silverstone Living is seeking a full-time Dining Server to join its team and help create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. The role serves in the Main Dining Room and at special functions, follows the established style and sequence of service, and helps in other Dining areas as needed. The posted schedule is 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). No experience is required; applicants must be at least 15 years old and able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to follow instructions, work well with others, and maintain a good rapport with residents.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.
• Follow the established style and sequence of service in the Main Dining Room and at special functions.
• Perform assigned side jobs on a daily and weekly basis.
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager and assist in other Dining areas as needed.
• Follow rules concerning personal appearance and work performance.
