About The Position

Silverstone Living is seeking a Dining Server to join its team and provide a welcoming dining experience for residents and their guests. The position works 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and includes every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday. No experience is required. Applicants must be at least 15 years old and able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds. The role calls for following instructions, working well with others, and maintaining a good rapport with residents.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.
• Follow the established style, order, and sequence of service in the Main Dining Room and at special functions.
• Perform assigned daily and weekly side jobs.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager and assist in other Dining areas as needed.
• Follow rules concerning personal appearance and work performance.
