About The Position

Allegro Parkland is seeking warm, dependable Dining Servers for its premier senior living community. This role involves serving meals with care and professionalism, greeting and assisting residents and guests, maintaining a clean dining environment, and supporting meal service from start to finish. The primary responsibility is to ensure residents and guests have a positive dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

Experience in ALF, hospitality, SNIF, or hotel settings.
Food serving experience.

Responsibilities

Serve meals with warmth, care, and professionalism to residents.
Greet and assist residents and guests throughout the dining experience.
Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout every shift.
Deliver and retrieve trays as needed and support meal service from start to finish.
Be a dependable, friendly presence that makes every meal feel special.
Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
Label and date all food.
Other job duties as assigned.
