The role involves monitoring food quality and service levels, assisting with hiring and training, and managing payroll and revenue. Additionally, the supervisor aids in ordering, organizing, and inventory control, handles guest communications, and attends daily staff line-ups. They must stay updated on culinary, wine, and liquor industry trends and be available to work various hours as needed, delivering exceptional service standards.
