Assists Dining Manager with interviewing and coaching of front of house staff. Attends pre-meal meetings and conducts ongoing staff training. Ensures dining room operations are running smoothly. Makes adjustments to resolve operating challenges. Provides and ensures exceptional customer service to residents and responds timely to requests made. Manages Satellite kitchens to ensure State and Safety rules and regulations are in place and followed.
