The Dining Room Manager is responsible for assuring a high standard of appearance, hospitality, and service in personnel and cleanliness of the dining room. This role ensures the timeliness of food service, supervises and trains dining room staff, and manages within budgetary restraints. The manager will also develop and implement programs to increase revenues through repeat business and higher check averages.
