About The Position

The Dining Room Attendant serves meals promptly while following procedures to maintain food temperatures and ensure customer satisfaction. The attendant accurately uses the POS system to take and serve orders, follows supervisors’ directions to support teamwork and smooth service, prepares the dining room and service stations before each meal period, and delivers items to residents as needed or requested.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• No minimum education requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Previous employment experience is preferred.
• Prior food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals promptly while following procedures to keep hot food hot and cold food cold and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately use the POS system when taking and serving orders so each customer receives the correct meal.
• Follow supervisors’ directions to support quality teamwork and smooth service delivery.
• Ensure the dining room and service stations are ready before the meal period opens.
• Deliver items to residents as needed or upon request.
