About The Position
Marriott Boston Quincy is hiring a Busser/Dining Room Assistant for its Hull & Mason restaurant. The role supports restaurant service by setting up and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting food servers with table service and food running to help ensure guest satisfaction. The position involves continuous physical activity throughout the shift, including lifting and carrying trays of food. Flexible availability is ideal, with the primary need being morning shifts, including weekends. Full-time or part-time work is available.
Requirements
- Have a friendly, positive demeanor.
- Be a team player and willing to pitch in where necessary.
- Communicate well with guests.
- Be able to deal with guest concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
- Be able to perform considerable physical activity continuously throughout the shift, including lifting and carrying trays of food.
