Responsibilities
- Greet guests and set the tone when they arrive.
- Manage reservations and help keep operations running smoothly.
- Seat guests and explain how to make the most of Punch Bowl Social.
- Answer phones and take take-out orders.
- Keep the lobby clean, safe, and ready for guests.
- Work with coworkers to deliver hospitality.
