About The Position
Punch Bowl Social is hiring a part-time Host to welcome guests and set a positive tone throughout their visit. Training will cover the knowledge needed to succeed in the role. The position focuses on guest hospitality, reservations, seating, phone and take-out order support, and maintaining a clean, safe, guest-ready lobby. Nice To Haves
- Some experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar is ideal.
- Restaurant or bar experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and set the tone from the moment they arrive.
- Manage reservations and help keep operations running smoothly.
- Seat guests and show them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social.
- Answer phones and take take-out orders.
- Keep the lobby clean, safe, and ready for guests.
- Work with coworkers to deliver high-level hospitality.
