About The Position

Indotronix is seeking a Dimension Control Technician 3 for a position in Palmdale, CA. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. The work schedule is 4x10 (Monday-Thursday) and does not require a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fabricate, and assemble standard and non-standard major jigs, fixtures, tool masters, master tooling gauges, and related tooling.
• Work on tooling involving compound angles, complex contours, and exacting tolerances across multiple planes and reference points.
• Plan work activities and determine methods and sequences of operations using tool design drawings or self-developed designs.
• Set up and operate optical instruments to verify overall and detailed alignment, fit, and adjustment of assemblies.
• Develop and design holding devices, as well as jig and fixture details.
• Prepare operational sequences and shop drawings for parts fabrication and assembly activities performed by others.
• Monitor and verify product quality in accordance with statistical process control and other quality control procedures.
• Ensure tooling and assemblies meet required specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
