About The Position

Indotronix is seeking an Onsite Dimension Control Technician Level 1 for a 06+ month contract position in Palmdale, CA. This entry-level role involves performing basic and repetitive dimension control tasks under direct supervision, participating in training, and assisting with handling and assembling small parts. The technician will work in warehouse and shop floor environments, adhering to safety procedures and learning company standards. The ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Ability to frequently move and position objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work inside and outside in a warehouse/shop floor environment.
• Ability to handle and assemble small parts and machinery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance, including Special Access Program eligibility.
• Ability to work any shift and 10% overtime.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and repetitive dimension control tasks under direct supervision.
• Participate in training activities to learn dimension control processes and procedures.
• Assist with handling, positioning, and assembling small parts and machinery.
• Work in warehouse and shop floor environments while following established safety procedures.
• Learn and apply company standards, tools, and processes.
• Escalate questions or issues to supervisors or training personnel as needed.
